Poor hospital quality in Wilmington is not the fault of the nursing staff. They are doing the best they can in a facility that has a broken quality culture. If we want to recruit and retain hospital nurses at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, we need to change the culture of the hospital. Support the nurses by supporting improvements in hospital quality.
