We Deserve High Quality Hospital Care!
Help Us Get Clarity and Accountability
The Cape Fear Five Star Project has proposed a resolution to the New Hanover County Commissioners asking for clarity and accountability from New Hanover Regional Medical Center. The resolution simply asks New Hanover Regional to publicly disclose a five year quality improvement plan including the allocated resources, the consultants and experts they utilize, and the quality benchmarks. This is a simple request and one that the citizens of New Hanover County and the Cape Fear Region deserve.
We have prepared a detailed exploration of the issues of hospital quality, the purpose of the resolution and the path towards a five star hospital in podcast form. It takes ten minutes. Click below.

Volunteer from the comfort of your home.
Currently, we are seeking a volunteer to facilitate outreach efforts with community agencies and politicians. This role involves scheduling appointments to address community groups and engage in one-on-one meetings with elected officials. Since we do not have a physical office, this volunteer opportunity allows you to work remotely from the comfort of your home.
