Teaching empowerment

Five Star project conducted three education sessions at Trinity Landing in September. The subjects were Knowing Your Patient Rights, Being a Patient Champion, and Advance Directives. The sessions were small but productive. We will be conducting the same series of sessions at Cambridge Village in October. We will provide these sessions to any Senior Living Center in the Wilmington area that wants them.
