Know your rights as a patient

It is important that we all know our rights as patients and insist that these rights are respected. One of the missions of the Five Star Project is to educate community members about patient rights so they are clear about what should and should not happen at each health care encounter.

We will be creating and posting educational materials on patient rights as well as speaking publicly at senior centers and progressive care facilities.
